In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK Law"), your personal
data may be processed by Mepa Mobilya Trade and Industry Inc.
("Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.
B. Purposes for Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the persons who have business relations with our company,
ensuring that the necessary work is carried out by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company,
customizing the products and services offered by our company according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, and recommending them to you,
determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our company and ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies,
within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.
C. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders,
legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law,
for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the persons who have business relations with our company,
ensuring that the necessary work is carried out by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company,
customizing the products and services offered by our company according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, and recommending them to you,
determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our company and ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies.
D. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our company through different channels and based on different legal reasons for the purpose of carrying out our commercial activities.
Your personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (B) and (C) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.
E. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods set out in this Clarification Text, our company will conclude your request free of charge within the shortest time and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, our company will charge the fee in the tariff determined.
Personal data owners have the following rights:
 To learn whether personal data is processed,
 To request information if personal data has been processed,
 To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
 To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
 To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request the notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
 To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK Law and other relevant laws, and to request the notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
 To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
 To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the illegal processing of personal data.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK Law, you can submit your request regarding the use of your above-mentioned rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, the channels and procedures to submit your written applications to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK Law are explained below.

along with the documents identifying your identity, in person, by notary or through other methods specified in the KVKK Law, or you can send the relevant form to mepamobilya@hs03.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.
